At the start of every Office Fitout project, we create a programme of works showing all strategic dates which fit realistic timescales. Working with you we cost the scheme within the constraints of your budget.

 

Any construction carried out is correctly documented and managed through our quality assurance procedure. We control the project from start to finish and at the handover provide workplace support manuals with ‘as built’ drawings.

 

Architectural Interiors takes responsibility for any local authority applications and approvals ensuring that the design conforms to all relevant guidelines.

 

It is a statutory requirement, through CDM, that all work on site is performed safely and all hazards are minimised or eliminated.

 

Once the project is finished we don't stop there!

Aftercare is a very important service which supports our clients making sure that all snagging after the installation is Dealt with efficently.

We can procure everything from start to finish. we have one designated point of contact so you don’t have to deal with different departments!

 

This type of contract means we will run parts of the project together, for example the strip-out can be run with base build first fix services. This process decreases on site construction time thus reducing cost to you the client.

The Process

a. Take the brief for you the client.

b. Produce a site survey of your existing or new office.

c. Measure your existing furniture & storage.

d. Produce space plans in line with the brief.

e. Generate 3D visuals of your office.

f. Create finishes boards and schedules.

g. Produce a cost plans and agree the budget.

g. Present the scheme and signoff with the client.

h. Liase with the local authority and landlord.

i. Generate the site plan with key dates.

j. Construction phase - Start building!

k. Snagging (done within the construction phase)

l. Produce O+M manual for client and landlord.

j. Hadover the project.

k. Aftercare snagging.


Depending on your requirements you might not need all these services.
