Our Office Design process will be specifically tailored to your individual needs.  We believe that each project is about listening carefully and understanding your requirements.  By asking the right questions we obtain a vital insight into your office culture, priorities and business necessities.

 

We offer a range of office design & build services which will help you through the process at every stage.  We have the knowledge and understanding of aesthetics and functional aspects within an office design.  We also take time to understand your new or prospective building though surveys and drawings as it is important to understand your building from the first meeting.

 

Once we have gathered all the necessary information we will design and cost your perspective office design or refurbishment within your budget.  Once everything is agreed we will build your interior within an agreed schedule of works.  We pay particular attention to time scales and budget constraints at every stage.  There will be one point of contact, throughout the installation, who will be responsible for the project which will make life easier for you!

Design Consultation

 

We can provide advice to you in the selection of your perspective building through a series of design and cost modelling exercise, would will help to select the correct building for your business.

Development of Design

 

Once the design consultation has finished then we will guild you through a series of meetings to ascertain your requirements. At this stage we work as your business partner understanding your business requirements and needs. We will look at the culture of your business and occupancy requirements making sure that your building works for you now and in the future.

Cost and Procurement

 

Once the design has become clear, we will provide you with costs for the development to make sure that we are within your budget. This stage is critical which is why we make sure that you are happy with the cost by producing a range of budgets to suit your individual needs.

Approvals

 

Not only do we deal with building control and sometime planning, we can work with your landlord so he can award you with a licence to alter. This is a very important stage liasing with building management and meeting building control and planning regulations.

Procurement

 

Once everything is in place it’s time to build! Our design team will work closely with you (the client) and specialist suppliers. The building team will then progress with the health and safety requirement and construction phase of the project to an agreed programme. We work very closely as a team together making sure every aspect of the construction phase goes a smoothly as possible.

Every project reveals it’s own challenges, which is why we are positive as a team and very focused on solving any issues along the way. This is something which we are very good at.

Practical completion

 

By working closely with you the client, the schedule and the programme this is where we will provide you with your finished scheme. Once we’re in the closing stages of the project, we’ll provide you with an O&M manual, certificates and technical literature which is required by most building management teams, we will also supply a copy to you so you have all the information to hand.
